The Habbo community never stops growing, to begin with back in 2000 there was only one hotel, Finland. A whole 8 years later, there has been a total of 33 different hotels in operation! There are some domains which redirect to a similar hotel which speaks the same language, or they are very close countries to one and other. Habbo China closed in June 2007 for an unknown reason, the closure was meant to be temporary but the China Government have a habit of blocking any sites from all of its people that it does not like.
In April 2010 Sulake announced that all of its English speaking hotels (UK, America, Australia, Canada, Singapore) will be merging into one large hotel on Habbo.com. During May four of the five hotels merged and on the 10th June 2010 the UK hotel was the last to finally merge with the others. The URLs are now being re-directed to Habbo.com where people can transfur and activate their accounts.
